I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana and Illinois, a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), and a Certified Intuitive Eating Practitioner. I began career in 2005 working in community mental health. I opened my private practice in 2017. In 2019, I began specializing in treating adults with eating disorders. Many of the clients I see also are living with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma histories and chronic medical conditions.

I am a lifelong Hoosier and Northwest Indiana native. I attended Indiana University as an undergrad and completed a Master’s of Social Work at Indiana University Northwest in 2009. I have served as a case manager, medical social worker and psychotherapist. I continue to expand my clinical skills and education by engaging in Modern Psychoanalytic case consultation groups and courses.

I am an active member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals and the Eating Disorder Task Force of Indiana. I present at community events and medical conferences on outpatient eating disorder treatment and intuitive eating.

I am grateful that I found my way to the field of psychotherapy. It is a gift to practice a profession that celebrates human connection, the capacity for change and the healing nature of relationships.
